Free 20 Reviews
We get selected local businesses 20 new Google reviews for free, then recommend their best next step.
Your first step (Harrison)
- Open PAiMOS → Prospects and set the filters: Rep: Harrison, Has a named person, Due for a touch. That's today's list.
- Anyone showing Find the owner: get the owner's first name (and email if you can) into GHL before reaching out. The email greets them by name, so the app won't let you send without one.
- Open a contact (▸) and set Cadence: Call first.
- Make the call (script below). Click Call 1, then click what happened: Said yes → send offer, Call back later, No answer, or Not interested.
- Move to the next contact. Each card shows the next touch it suggests, and the Due for a touch filter is your list each day.
How it works
The Free Reviews pipeline in GHL follows the same steps: Outreach → Setup Email Sent → Setup Complete → Building Account → Collecting Reviews → Hit 20. The first touch you mark in PAiMOS puts the contact on the board at Outreach, and saying yes moves them to Setup Email Sent.
Touches
Aim for 6–8 touches over about 3 weeks, about every 2–3 days. Mark each touch in PAiMOS as you do it. Set each contact's Cadence in PAiMOS so the app suggests the right next touch. Touches can be done in any order.
| # | Touch | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Call 1 | Call using the script. Log the outcome. |
| 2 | Voicemail | No answer: leave the voicemail below, then mark it. |
| 3 | Email 1 | Send the cold intro from your own inbox (template below). |
| 4 | Call 2 | Call again 2–3 days later. Log the outcome. |
| 5 | Email 2 | A short reply in the same thread: "Wanted to make sure this didn't get buried…" |
| 6 | Social DM | Facebook or LinkedIn message to the owner. Keep it short and mention the free 20 reviews. |
| 7 | Walk-in | Only if they're local or worth the trip (Charleston downtown). |
| 8 | Final email | "Closing the loop. If now's not the time, no problem." Then mark them Lost: no response. |
Best when you have a direct phone number for the owner.
| # | Touch | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Email 1 | Send the cold intro from your own inbox. It tells them you'll call in a day or two. |
| 2 | Call 1 | Call 1–2 days after the email: "I sent you a quick note about free Google reviews…" Log the outcome. |
| 3 | Voicemail | No answer: leave the voicemail below, then mark it. |
| 4 | Email 2 | A short reply in the same thread: "Wanted to make sure this didn't get buried…" |
| 5 | Call 2 | Call again 2–3 days later. Log the outcome. |
Best when you have the owner's email but only a front-desk number, or the owner is hard to catch by phone. The call then has context: "I sent you a note…"
Call script
Opener
If they ask "what's the catch?"
Voicemail
Confirm the email address on the call if you don't have it, and add it to GHL before you click Said yes.
After a call: which button
| What happened | Click | What the app does |
|---|---|---|
| They agreed to the email | Said yes → send offer | Sends the setup email from you and moves the card to Setup Email Sent. Their touches stop here. |
| "Call me later" / busy | Call back later | Card stays in Outreach, and the next touch is suggested. |
| No answer | No answer | Card stays in Outreach. Leave the voicemail and mark Voicemail, then send Email 1. |
| Not interested | Not interested | Card marked Lost. Stop. |
Every outcome is saved as a note on the GHL contact with your name.
What's automatic after "yes"
- AUTO The setup email goes out from the assigned rep (your name and your positiveaim.io address).
- AUTO Day 2: if they haven't finished setup, they get a reminder text with their link.
- AUTO Day 5: if they still haven't finished, you get an email and text: "hasn't finished setup, give them a call."
- AUTO When they finish setup: you get a "Setup finished" text and email showing what they finished and what's still pending (e.g. Google access).
- Their customer list comes back as a reply to the email (in GHL Conversations). Save it to the contact.
- Butch builds the account from there (sub-account, texting registration, Google, review campaign). The steps are in the runbook:

Subject: 20 free Google reviews for [business name]
Hi [first name],
I'm [your first name] with Positive AI Marketing, here in the Carolinas. We're getting a few local businesses 20 new Google reviews for free. We ask your past customers for you and set up an automatic ask after every job. There's no cost, and we cover the texts and emails.
Worth a quick call? I'll try you in the next day or two, or just reply here.

Subject: Your 20 free Google reviews: here's how it works
Hi [first name],
Thanks for taking my call. Here's what we talked about, in writing, so you have it in one place.
Think about the last great job you did. The customer thanked you in the driveway and meant it. Then they went inside and never wrote a word online. Your happiest customers almost never leave reviews unless someone asks them. That's the only reason most good businesses have fewer reviews than they've earned.
Why we're doing this for free: We'd rather show you than pitch you. We'll get you 20 new Google reviews at no cost, so you can see the system working on your own Google profile before you spend anything. We cover the cost of every text and email we send. If it's working, we'll talk about what makes sense next. If not, you keep the reviews.
What we'll do: (1) Ask your past customers by text and email, spread over 3–5 weeks. (2) Set up an automatic ask after every job.
What we need from you (about 10 minutes): one short setup page covering your business details, the carrier info for texting, and adding us as a manager on your Google Business Profile. [Start my setup] button
Last thing: reply with a spreadsheet of past customers (names plus a phone or email). We'll write the request in your voice and send it to you to approve first.
After 20: When you reach 20 new reviews, we'll send you a before-and-after (star rating, review count, Maps position) and recommend the one next step that fits. No obligation.
Questions? Just reply, or text or call 803-902-4803.

Final email: Hi [first name], closing the loop on the free reviews offer. If now's not the right time, no problem at all. If you'd like it later, just reply to this email.

- Send cold emails from your own inbox, a few a day. Don't bulk-send from GHL (that domain also sends client emails).
- After the final touch with no reply, mark them Lost: no response. Don't keep chasing.
