Local Hero

A human-approved incentive: 50% off the setup fee of one eligible product for one specific prospect. It isn't an offer we advertise. It's a closing tool.

When to use it (Harrison)

Only when all of these are true:

  1. They're a good fit: a real business with real call or lead volume that the product will actually help.
  2. They want it and agree with the monthly price. The setup fee is the only thing in the way.
  3. The product is eligible (see below). Never Carolina Growth.

If they're unsure about the product itself, Local Hero won't fix that. Go back to the offer's playbook.

Step by step

Setup fee is the only objection→"Let me check with Butch"→Butch approves in GHL→Send the approved offer→They buy at the reduced setup
  1. Don't promise anything on the call. Say you'll check (script below).
  2. Ask Butch with the contact name, the product, and why the setup fee is the only blocker.
  3. Butch approves by adding a note to the GHL contact: Local Hero approved: [product], setup $[amount], monthly $[amount], approved by Butch [date]. No note means no approval.
  4. Send the approved offer (template below) from your inbox, with the reduced setup and the unchanged monthly.
  5. Give them the code for their product (LOCALHERO for AI Concierge, LOCALHEROWEB for Website Starter) and the Local Hero checkout link. They enter it at checkout, and half the setup comes off the first payment. The monthly is unchanged. CHECKOUT PAGE: IN PROGRESS
  6. After purchase, onboarding is the normal product flow (welcome email + setup link).

What to say DRAFT

When the setup fee is the only blocker

"I hear you. The setup is the hard part, not the monthly. Let me check with Butch on whether we can do anything on the setup for [business]. No promises, but I'll get back to you today or tomorrow."

When it's approved

"Good news: Butch approved half off the setup for you. That's $[reduced] instead of $[normal], and the monthly stays $[monthly]. I'll email you the details now."

If they ask "do you have any discounts?"

"Our prices are what's on the page. Occasionally Butch approves help on the setup for a business that's a great fit. That's his call, so I can ask, but I can't promise it."
