Free Website
A 30-day free trial of Smart Website. It's our default first offer in every niche: we build the business a new site, free for 30 days, and the goal is that they keep it on a paid Smart Website plan.
Your first step (Harrison)
- Open PAiMOS → Prospects and filter Rep: Harrison, Has a named person, Due for a touch. Best fits: the website is missing, slow, dated, or doesn't capture leads.
- Anyone showing Find the owner: get the owner's first name and email into GHL first. The offer email greets them by name, so the app won't send without one.
- On the contact, check Offer: Free Website (it's the default) and set the Cadence (Call first or Email first). The first touch puts them on the Free Website pipeline at Outreach.
- Make the call (script below). Click Call 1, then what happened: Said yes → send offer, Call back later, No answer, Left voicemail, or Not interested.
- Move to the next contact. The Due for a touch filter is your list each day.
How it works
- Sign-up form (HighLevel "Website Free Trial Lead Form"):
link.positiveaim.io/widget/form/KEQfdkre3NAFu8EiNEkw. It asks "Do you already have a website?" and, for a new site, "Which website would you like to try?" (Starter: live in 48 hours, or Growth with the full AI Chatbot: live in 3 days). Elite is not on the trial. - The form starts Sales 01's Free Trial path: a trial email with a Start my setup button (
setup.positiveaim.io/setup?product=website-starterorwebsite-growth) and a follow-up task for the team. Trial leads are not treated as paying clients; they go through the normal purchase flow when they convert. - Launch times count from when we have everything we need (content, logo, photos, access): Starter 48 hours, Growth 3 days. Targets, not guarantees.
- The 30 days start when the site is live, not when they sign up. The team adds the tag
trial-site-live, which sets Trial Start and Trial End (+30 days) and starts the reminders. - If they already have a site (decided 2026-10-30), it depends on their site: it needs replacing (slow, dated, no leads) → offer the free trial and show ours side by side with theirs. It's fine → we copy their site onto our platform and add the AI (the form's existing-site path, AI Chatbot setup).
Touches
Aim for 6–8 touches over about 3 weeks, about every 2–3 days. Mark each touch in PAiMOS. Every touch is about their website, never a feature list. Touches can be done in any order.
| # | Touch | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Call 1 | Call using the script. Aim: they agree to the email with the details. |
| 2 | Voicemail | No answer: leave the voicemail below, then mark it. |
| 3 | Email 1 | Send the cold intro from your own inbox (template below), or the approved report email from PAiMOS if you ran the report. |
| 4 | Call 2 | Call again 2–3 days later: "Did you see my note about the free website?" Log the outcome. |
| 5 | Email 2 | Same thread: "Re: your free website" (short, below). |
| 6 | Social DM | Facebook or LinkedIn: one line about a new site, free for 30 days. |
| 7 | Walk-in | Only if they're local or worth the trip. |
| 8 | Final email | "Should I hold your spot?" Then mark them Lost: no response. |
Best when you have a direct phone number for the owner.
| # | Touch | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Email 1 | Send the cold intro from your own inbox, or the approved report email from PAiMOS. It tells them you'll call in a day or two. |
| 2 | Call 1 | 1–2 days later: "I sent you a quick note about a free website for [business]…" Log the outcome. |
| 3 | Voicemail | No answer: leave the voicemail below, then mark it. |
| 4 | Email 2 | Same thread: "Re: your free website" (short, below). |
| 5 | Call 2 | Call again 2–3 days later. Log the outcome. |
| 6 | Social DM | Facebook or LinkedIn: one line about a new site, free for 30 days. |
| 7 | Walk-in | Only if they're local or worth the trip. |
| 8 | Final email | "Should I hold your spot?" Then mark them Lost: no response. |
Best when you have the owner's email but only a front-desk number. If you sent the report email, Outreach 04a sends emails 2 and 3 for you AUTO (day 3 "Re: your free website", day 7 "Should I hold your spot?"), so skip your own Email 2 and Final email.
Call script
Approved wording, the same as the PAiMOS call sheet.
Opener
Voicemail
If they ask which website DRAFT
Confirm the email address on the call if you don't have it, and add it to GHL before you click Said yes.
Objections
| They say | You say |
|---|---|
| "What's the catch?" | "No catch. We'd rather show you than pitch you. You see the finished site before you decide anything." |
| "What happens after 30 days?" | "You choose. Keep it with no setup fee, you just pay the monthly hosting, or take the files and we'll help you move them." |
| "I already have a website." | If theirs needs replacing: "That's fine. Look at ours side by side with yours, and keep whichever one brings in more calls." If theirs is fine: "Great, keep it. We can copy it over and add AI that answers your leads and books the jobs." |
| "How long does it take?" DRAFT | "Starter is live 48 hours after we have your logo, photos and details. Growth is 3 days. And your 30 days don't start until it's live." |
| "What does it cost after?" DRAFT | "No setup fee. You just pay the monthly hosting for your plan, and I'll confirm the exact number before the trial ends." |
After a call: which button
| What happened | Click | What the app does |
|---|---|---|
| They agreed to the email | Said yes → send offer | Adds the free-website tag. Free Website 01 sends the offer email from you and moves the card to Offer Email Sent. Their follow-up emails stop here. AUTO If the card is still at Offer Email Sent 3 days later, you get an email and text to follow up. |
| "Call me later" / busy | Call back later | Card stays in Outreach, and the next touch is suggested. |
| No answer | No answer / Left voicemail | Card stays in Outreach. Leave the voicemail, mark it, then send Email 1. |
| Not interested | Not interested | Card marked Lost. Stop. (They can get a different free offer at their next 90-day round.) |
Every outcome is saved as a note on the GHL contact with your name. If they want to sign up on the spot, send them the sign-up form link (it's on the PAiMOS Links page).
What's automatic after "yes"
- AUTO Offer email from you (Free Website 01), with the link to sign up.
- AUTO When they submit the sign-up form: Sales 01 sends the trial email for their plan (Starter or Growth, or the existing-site version) with the Start my setup button, texts 2 team members, and creates a follow-up task.
- The team builds the site once setup is in, then adds the tag
trial-site-liveon the contact. - AUTO Trial 01 - Site Live: sets Trial Start / Trial End, sends "Your AI Smart Website is live" (email + text).
- AUTO 7 days before the end (day 23): "7 Days Left" email, and a task for the contact owner to pitch a paid plan (due the next day).
- AUTO Day 30: "Trial Ends Today" email, and a task to keep or take down the site. The trial emails name no prices; they say "reply and we'll set you up on a plan."
- AUTO When they buy: Trial 01 stops as soon as a
purchased - smart website …tag lands, and the Purchase Router sends their onboarding link like any buyer.

Trial → paid · our goal · upsell
Our end goal
Turn trials into paying hosting clients: 50 paying by about 2026-12-26. The trial is the hook; the Smart Website plan is the sale.
Which plan to keep
| Plan | Normal price | Keep after the trial | Checkout |
|---|---|---|---|
| Smart Website — Starter 3 pages, mobile friendly, on-page SEO, contact form, Chat Widget (captures leads, no AI), text + email follow-up, 1 edit a month | $1,000 setup / $97 mo | $0 setup / $97 a month (just the hosting) | Starter link (charges full setup; see below) |
| Smart Website — Growth 5 pages, everything in Starter plus the full AI Chatbot, calendar booking, payments, Google review automation, 3 edits a month | $2,000 setup / $349 mo | $0 setup / $349 a month (just the hosting) | Growth link (charges full setup; see below) |
How to bill it (decided 2026-10-30): the checkout links above also charge the setup fee, so for a trial that converts send a HighLevel Payments invoice for the monthly hosting only ($0 setup), under the same Smart Website product. A monthly-only payment link can replace this later.
What to say, day 20–30 DRAFT
Let them answer. Pull up the dashboard first so you know their numbers.
If they're on Starter and missing leads after hours: "Growth adds a real AI Chatbot that answers questions and books the job onto your calendar. Want to keep it as Growth instead?"
If they say no: "No problem. We'll send you the full site files and help you move it." Then do the keep or take down task.
Upsell later (not on the trial)
- Smart Website — Elite ($3,000 / $697 mo): 10+ pages, ongoing SEO, and all of AI Concierge (AI Chatbot + AI Voice Agent). Never sold together with AI Concierge.
- Review Growth, Google Maps Management or Google Maps Boost. See Paid Products.
Rules
- Say 30 days and live in 48 hours (Starter) / 3 days (Growth). Never "14 days" or "same day." Launch times count from when we have everything, and are targets, not guarantees.
- Elite is never on the trial. It's the upsell.
- The first touch pitches the free website only. No prices in the first email or video; the keep-it price comes later ("no setup fee, just the monthly hosting" is fine on a call).
- Write Chat Widget for Starter and AI Chatbot for Growth. Never call Starter's widget "AI chat."
- Usage (texts, AI) is billed separately, with a markup. Never say "at cost." Only bring it up if asked: "billed separately based on what you use."
- No cold texts. Send cold emails from your own inbox, a few a day.
- If they don't keep it, they get the full site files and help moving it. Don't hold the site hostage.
- Support line on everything is 803-902-4803.
Open decisions
Decided 2026-10-30 (Butch): keeping the site = no setup fee, just the monthly hosting (no discount) · bill a converting trial with a monthly-only HighLevel invoice for now · the trial is Starter or Growth; Elite only as an upgrade after · existing site: replace it (trial, side by side) or, if it's fine, copy it and add the AI.
- Confirm that a paid invoice fires the Purchase Router, so onboarding and Trial 01's exit tag happen.
- Live: sign-up page is up; some trial workflows (Sales 01 Free Trial path, trial reminders, Fulfillment 01 hand-off) are still being finished. Check the contact in HighLevel after a sign-up until they're confirmed.
- The offer sheet and Product Catalog don't list the trial yet. Both only mention it in the launch-time notes. (The 2026-10-27 change list marks "add the 30-day free trial" as done, but it isn't there.)
- Free Website 01 offer email: the build checklist said it wasn't written yet and "Butch to confirm the setup link." The journey map now shows it published with a setup link. Copy the final email text into this page, and confirm whether it links the sign-up form or the setup app directly.
- When AiM Setup gets a Free Website setup, move the card past Offer Email Sent (e.g. "Setup Submitted"), so the 3-day check doesn't nag about people who already started. Not built yet.
- Sales 01's workflow-level default sender is still broken (
{{custom_values.support_email}); the trial steps have their own sender, but fix it in Settings. - Rename the form "Website Free Trial Lead Form" to "Free Website Form"? (In the build checklist.)
- All DRAFT copy on this page needs Butch's OK.
