Your first step (Harrison)
- Confirm the product in their words: "So it's [product], $[setup] to set up and $[monthly] a month, month to month. Right?" Quote only the prices on this page.
- Send the checkout link for that product (table below) from your own inbox or by text once they've replied. Or send an invoice in HighLevel Payments if it's a custom setup.
- When they pay, mark their card Won. Nothing else to send: the setup form goes out on its own.
How to sell after a yes
- AUTO When they pay, the Purchase Router records what they bought and sends the welcome email and text with their own setup link:
setup.positiveaim.io/setup?product=<id>(the id is in the price list, e.g.website-starter,local-seo-basic). - Onboarding: Onboarding 02 chases them to book either an onboarding call or their AI onboarding session, whichever applies. Otherwise: "We'll review everything and get your setup started. If we need anything else, we'll reach out by text or email." (Social Planner includes a 30-minute training call; that's part of the product.)
- Support is (803) 902-4803. Never give the 854 demo line as support.
- Smart Website can start as the free trial. If they aren't ready to pay, offer the Free Website 30-day trial (Starter or Growth) instead.

Rules
- Quote only the prices on this page. They're the Call Coach list. Never "Local SEO": the products are Google Maps Management and Google Maps Boost.
- Never say "at cost." Usage (texts, emails, calls, AI) is billed separately with a markup. It goes in the terms only; if asked: "billed separately based on what you use."
- AI Voice Agent is not sold on its own in public Carolina material. Its price is said on a call only.
- Never sell AI Concierge with Smart Website — Elite. Elite already includes it.
- Write AI Chatbot (never bare "chatbot") and Chat Widget (never "AI chat widget"). Starter has the widget; Growth, Elite, Concierge have the AI Chatbot.
- No standing discounts. Local Hero only with Butch's approval note on the contact.

Open decisions
- Review Growth reply usage: the offer sheet and catalog say replies have no usage charge (we absorb Reviews AI). The 2026-10-27 change list says AI replies cost $0.16 each, or $0 with the Unlimited AI Add-On. Which is right?
- Google Maps Management posts: the offer sheet and catalog say 2–3 posts a week; the change list says weekly posts.
- Social Planner and AI Social Media Marketing are "Draft" in the offer sheet (Social Media "not proposal-ready until promoted"), but both have live checkout links in the Call Coach list. OK to sell? Social Planner also isn't in the Product Catalog (only its What You Get page).
- Unlimited AI Add-On ($197 a month, in the offer sheet and catalog) has no checkout link in the Call Coach list, so it isn't on this page. Add a link?
- Setup ids: confirmed in the setup app or router notes:

(Carolina's sheet usessetup.positiveaim.io/?product=growth-system, without/setup.) You don't send this link yourself; the router does. - PAiMOS journey map is behind: its Purchase Router entry still says AI Chatbot does nothing and that Funnel, Concierge, Social and Unlimited AI are recorded as Elite. Both were fixed 2026-10-27, and Boost and Social Planner paths were added (v49–v50). It also lists Onboarding 02 chasing an onboarding-call booking, which goes against no default calls.
- Invoice route: confirm a paid HighLevel invoice fires the same Purchase Router path as the checkout link (Fulfillment 01 listens for invoice paid; the router listens for payment received per product).
- The offer sheet says "payment ties to delivery milestones, not all upfront," but the checkout links take setup at purchase. Which applies?
- The Product Catalog header still says "Last updated 2026-09-29," though it has the 2026-10-27 changes.
- All "who it's for" and "say this" lines are DRAFT and need Butch's OK.
